"Kelli is AMAZING. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND when I struggled with my car insurance payments and she genuinely wanted to help me in any way she could. Brian is awesome and treated me the same way as well! My whole family has been with state farm for over 30 years and have always been well taken care of. Once I purchased my own car and home, I joined Allstate and was not happy. I had a few unfortunate events happen a couple of years ago and my car insurance lapsed. State Farm was the most empathetic and helpful out of any other company I called, and they even were the best priced compared to the arm and leg that other companies wanted to charge me. Fast forward to this year: It was clear that bundling my home and auto- and doing the other programs State Farm offers- would save me literally THOUSANDS. But I struggle with making big changes. Kelli and Brian were patient with me for MONTHS. I absolutely recommend Kelli and Brian. It's a different feeling to know that you have agents who look at you beyond just another number."
